Sodalite--often mistaken for Lapis Lazuli.  This piece has a beautiful consistency of color which is hard to attain in a piece this large.  The figure is of a young girl sitting on a traditional lotus flower.  Their is detail carving all across the back of this impressive piece.  5 7/8"W x 8 5/8"H x 3"D on custom carved wooden stand.
