This Doctor's Lady is a unique find. The talent
displayed in the carving of this design is highlighted by the beautiful
scrimshaw on the left arm, breast and feet (detail photos below). This
piece also features a free-floating bracelet carved out in place from the
original solid piece of ivory. She is wearing a carved necklace and rests
on a custom made Rosewood couch and is 18" in length.
